Recruitment Consultant – Technology London / Hybrid Working (1 day per week in the office) £Sanderson is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit several experienced Recruitment Consultants to join a growing in-house talent team. This is a fantastic opportunity for recruiters with a technology recruitment background who enjoy stakeholder engagement, direct sourcing and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes in a complex, fast-paced environment. We're particularly interested in candidates who have gained experience within an RPO, or Talent Acquisition environment and are comfortable managing recruitment processes from brief through to offer acceptance. Managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of technology vacancies. Proactively sourcing and headhunting specialist technology talent. Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Managing internal and external recruitment campaigns. Ensuring recruitment activity is delivered within agreed service levels and hiring timelines. Producing and presenting recruitment metrics, reports and hiring updates. Driving improvements in candidate experience and recruitment effectiveness. Experience recruiting for technical skillsets such as Cloud, AI, Salesforce, Cyber Security or Security Cleared roles would be advantageous. Background within an RPO or in-house Talent Acquisition function. Experience using recruitment data and reporting to influence hiring decisions.
