This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where you will deliver tailored recruitment solutions and play a key role in shaping talent strategies for your clients . As a trusted advisor, you will act as the ‘go to’ contact for all recruitment activity, building strong relationships with stakeholders and driving a high-quality, end-to-end recruitment service. You will be fully embedded within your customer base, proactively influencing hiring decisions and ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring manager As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will partner closely with stakeholders to guide recruitment strategy, improve processes, and deliver against hiring needs.
