We’re looking for a Delegated Authority Assistant to support our underwriting teams and help manage our delegated authority arrangements.

What you’ll do:

  • Support Lloyd’s and Non-Lloyd’s coverholder applications.
  • Help prepare renewal slips, endorsements, and contract documents.
  • Co-ordinate workflows, compliance checks, and quality assurance.
  • Review audit reports and track recommended actions.
  • Keep regulatory information up to date and support due-diligence work.
  • Act as a key contact for Underwriters, Brokers, Coverholders, DCAs and Auditors.
  • Prepare governance reports and track delegated arrangements through their lifecycle.
  • Identify process improvements and support junior team members.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders.
  • Ability to stay organised, prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Delegated Authorities and knowledge of Lloyd’s / FCA / PRA rules.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualifications:

  • A-Level education (degree preferred).
  • ACII or willingness to work toward professional qualifications.
