Lead the people side of a major underwriting transformation programme. I am currently partnering with a leading London Market insurer who is investing heavily in the modernisation of its underwriting capabilities and is looking to appoint an experienced Change Manager to support a critical business transformation programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile programme introducing a new underwriting workbench, pricing platform and end-to-end underwriting processes across multiple lines of business.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for establishing and leading the Change Management workstream, ensuring successful adoption across underwriting teams as the organisation transitions away from manual, spreadsheet-based processes towards a more standardised operating model. This role is focused on people, process and adoption rather than technology delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven Change Management experience within Insurance
  • Experience working with Underwriters and Underwriting Operations teams
  • Strong stakeholder management skills from SME level through to Executive leadership
  • Ability to manage resistance and drive organisational adoption

Highly desirable:

  • London Market insurance experience
  • Underwriting workbench implementations
  • Insurance pricing implementations

Contract Details

  • Location: London / Hybrid
  • Rate: Β£745 per day
  • Status: Outside IR35
  • Duration: Initial 6-month contract with strong potential for extension
