Change Manager | London Market Insurance | Outside IR35 | £745 per day Lead the people side of a major underwriting transformation programme I'm currently partnering with a leading London Market insurer who is investing heavily in the modernisation of its underwriting capabilities and is looking to appoint an experienced Change Manager to support a critical business transformation programme.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile programme introducing a new underwriting workbench, pricing platform and end-to-end underwriting processes across multiple lines of business.
The Opportunity You'll be responsible for establishing and leading the Change Management workstream, ensuring successful adoption across underwriting teams as the organisation transitions away from manual, spreadsheet-based processes towards a more standardised operating model.
This role is focused on people, process and adoption rather than technology delivery.
