What You’ll Do:
🚀 Lead and support process improvement initiatives across the Insurance business functions
🔍 Map and streamline workflows to reduce inefficiencies and enhance customer and employee experiences
🤝 Partner with Insurance operational leaders to define and track SLAs, KPIs, and performance outcomes
💡 Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
⚙️ Work closely with digital teams to align processes with new tech and system implementations
What You’ll Bring:
✅ Proven experience in process improvement , BPR, Business analysis , or change management
✅ Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Visio , Excel , or Power BI
✅ Knowledge of Lean , Six Sigma , or similar methodologies
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Insurance or London Market experience a MUST
