We’re looking for a Technology Adoption Advisor to help drive the successful use of digital tools across our organisation. You’ll play a key role in supporting colleagues to adopt new and existing technologies, improving productivity and user confidence.

This role combines training delivery, user support, and collaboration with IT and project teams to ensure technology is embedded effectively across the business.

Key responsibilities
  • Training & support
    • Deliver engaging technology training for new starters and existing staff
    • Create clear, high-quality training materials and user guides
    • Provide one-to-one and group support (in-person and virtual)
    • Assist with training-related queries and support channels
  • Learning & development
    • Assess user skill levels and identify training needs
    • Adapt training styles to suit different learning preferences
    • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
    • Track and report on training outcomes and engagement
  • Technology adoption
    • Promote effective use of digital tools and systems
    • Support rollout of new technologies and initiatives
    • Work with stakeholders to identify skills gaps and adoption challenges
    • Encourage best practice and knowledge sharing across teams
About you
  • Experience delivering IT or technology training
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common workplace tools
  • Confident presenting to groups and supporting users at all levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage your own workload
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on improving user experience
Desirable
  • Experience with e-learning design or digital content creation
  • Familiarity with legal or professional services systems
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Office Specialist)
