Summary of the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Development Partner to play a key role in shaping and delivering learning and talent initiatives that support Diligenta’s people strategy.
Working closely with business leaders and stakeholders, you will design, develop and embed impactful learning solutions that enhance capability, promote career development and drive organisational performance.
With a particular focus on competency frameworks/capability, leadership development, onboarding and career pathway programmes, you will help create engaging learning experiences that support both individual growth and long-term business success.
This role is ideal for a proactive and self-motivated individual who can build strong stakeholder relationships, influence at all levels and deliver meaningful, value-adding outcomes.

- What you’ll be doing
- Converting strategic proposals and talent frameworks (set by the Talent Development Lead) into practical, multi‑modal learning programmes and resources.
- Core focus will be designing and implementing a company wide competency framework to support our people strategy and career pathways.
- Designing, developing and delivering blended learning solutions that align with the talent strategy and business needs.
- Partnering closely with Business Leads to ensure solutions are embedded, adopted and supported operationally.
- Implementing and iterates programmes based on feedback, evaluation data and operational priorities.
- Ensuring learning solutions are delivered consistently and contribute to building high performing teams. That there is agreed ROI/ROE and this is recorded.
- Responsible for ensuring People Guidance Hub is up to date and reviewed every quarter
- Responsible for sharing updates to communications team – for PMM/Business Bulletins etc.
- Using data insights to identify areas of improvement to help grow the learning culture.
What We're Looking For
- Strong instructional design skills, with the ability to turn strategic ideas into engaging and practical learning experiences.
- Experience designing and developing cross function learning programmes, pathways and supporting resources.
- Proven ability to manage programme delivery, including stakeholder engagement, implementation and rollout.
- Skilled at building strong relationships and partnering with business leaders to embed learning solutions.
- Data-driven approach to evaluating programme effectiveness and continuously improving outcomes.
- At least 3 years' experience designing and delivering blended learning solutions across digital, classroom, social and on-the-job learning.
- Experience translating strategic talent initiatives into practical programmes, toolkits and development activities.
- Proven track record of partnering with business areas to understand capability needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Confident facilitating workshops, training sessions and development programmes that drive engagement and adoption.
