We are looking for an IT Trainer to join a professional services business, supporting employees across the organisation to improve their use of technology and digital systems.

This role will focus on delivering training and user support across a range of systems, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft 365 applications. You will work with employees at all levels of the business, from new starters through to long-standing members of staff, helping users feel confident and capable using technology in their day-to-day work.

The position will involve a mix of face-to-face and virtual training, alongside one-to-one user support and assisting with the rollout of new systems and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver IT and systems training both face-to-face and remotely
  • Support onboarding and training for new starters
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to existing users
  • Assist with system rollouts and adoption of new technologies
  • Create and maintain user guides and training materials
  • Provide one-to-one support to users where required
  • Help improve how technology is used across the business
  • Support users with Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Work closely with IT and wider business teams to identify training and support needs
About You
  • Previous experience delivering IT or systems training
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable supporting users with different levels of technical ability
  • Friendly, approachable, and patient attitude
  • Experience within a professional services or legal environment would be beneficial
