We're delighted to be supporting our client in the search for a Business Systems Analyst to join their growing Transformation function. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a fully funded, multi-year transformation programme within a business that has ambitious growth plans through to 2030 and strong backing from its parent company.

The Role

Reporting to a Senior Project Manager within the Transformation team, you'll play a key role in delivering both business and technology change initiatives across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Business and technology change delivery
  • API contract analysis and design support
  • Data mapping and migration activities
  • Understanding and documenting end-to-end data flows
  • Supporting testing, UAT and transition to BAU

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a hands-on, delivery-focused analyst who can comfortably move between projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience required: London Market Insurance experience; however, Commercial Insurance will be considered. You will ideally have experience in:
