The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

We have some exciting new perm opportunities available with a top consultancy business, ranging from Consultant to Senior Consultant levels.

Due to the nature of the role you would need strong experience in business change or business architecture design across either General Insurance, Specialty, London Market or Health Insurance.

You would get to work on a wide range of projects including:

  • Target Operating Model (TOM) design
  • Operational transformation
  • Implementation of insurance platforms such as Policy Admin Systems (or similar)
  • Systems modernisation / digital transformation
  • Data and AI innovation

As it involves a lot of interaction with external clients and other vendors, client facing experience is desired but not essential. They are happy to consider people with strong experience on the industry side that want to develop their skills in consulting.

There is a lot of flexibility around location and they offer competitive salaries (depending on level of role) and good benefits, bonus and commission opportunities.
