Business Analyst – London Market Insurance – Core Finance

Are you ready to be the bridge between Finance and IT, driving meaningful change in a dynamic and evolving environment?

We’re looking for a Business Analyst – Core Finance who has experience of working within the London Insurance market to join a high-performing Finance Change team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping financial systems and processes.

What you’ll do

  • Analyse and document finance requirements, ensuring business needs are met.
  • Design and support solutions across ERP, workflow, treasury, and reporting systems.
  • Partner with product owners, architects, and delivery leads to deliver change.
  • Support system implementations, testing, data migration, and user training.
  • Create insightful reporting to drive smarter decisions.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong financial acumen and knowledge of accounting/reporting
  • Business analysis expertise within the London Market insurance niche – user stories, process mapping, data analysis
  • Experience with finance systems (ERP, payment, consolidation, reporting)
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with Pega, Tagetik, Anaplan, PeopleSoft, or in the insurance
  • Agile/Scrum experience is a plus!
