A strategic, delivery-focused Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for hiring high-quality consultants into our growing consulting business practice, while also supporting internal hiring needs across our recruitment teams. This role blends internal recruitment expertise with consultative talent strategy, ensuring we attract, engage, and deploy top-tier talent into client projects, while strengthening our own internal capability.

Delivery Responsibilities

  • Consulting Talent Acquisition
    • Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns to attract consultants across key disciplines
    • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build high-quality consultant pipelines
    • Screen, assess, and qualify candidates for deployment onto client projects
    • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience aligned with our brand
    • Collaborate closely with consulting leads to understand project demand and skills requirements
    • Maintain strong bench management and talent readiness for upcoming engagements
  • Internal Hiring
    • Support hiring of recruitment consultants and key internal roles as needed
    • Partner with leadership to identify hiring priorities and workforce planning needs
    • Build talent pipelines for future internal growth
  • Stakeholder & Business Partnering
    • Partner with consulting and business leaders to understand hiring demand and project pipelines
    • Support workforce planning for both consulting deployment and internal hiring
    • Contribute to account mapping exercises to identify upcoming talent needs
    • Collaborate with BD and consulting teams to align talent supply with business growth
  • Value-Add Contributions
    • Support initiatives across employer branding (especially for consulting offering)
    • Candidate experience improvements
    • Diversity, equity & inclusion within hiring pipelines
    • Develop talent market insights for consulting skillsets and hiring trends
    • Create content (e.g., LinkedIn, insights reports) to support talent attraction
    • Contribute to best practice across internal recruitment processes
