A senior leadership role responsible for driving the performance, development, and success of a team of permanent Account Managers. This role focuses on maximising perm revenue, strengthening account ownership, and delivering strategic growth across multiple client programmes through effective team leadership and coaching.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of permanent Account Managers to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Set clear performance expectations, KPIs, and individual development plans aligned to perm delivery and account growth.
- Coach and mentor team members through all stages of their career, supporting progression through promotion levels.
- Drive a high-performance culture focused on accountability, ownership, and client impact.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline reviews, and 1:1s to ensure strong individual and team delivery.
- Identify hiring needs and build a scalable, high-performing perm Account Management team.
Perm Delivery & Revenue Ownership
- Oversee perm delivery performance across key accounts, ensuring consistent fulfilment against SLAs and revenue targets.
- Manage team capacity, ensuring effective allocation of resources across accounts and roles.
- Drive best practice in perm recruitment methodology, candidate management, and conversion rates.
- Monitor pipeline health and performance metrics, taking proactive action to address gaps.
Client & Account Growth
- Own and elevate strategic client relationships through the leadership of your Account Management team.
- Lead and support deep-dive account mapping to uncover new perm hiring opportunities.
- Drive growth across existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and solution-based selling.
- Support the team in converting new business opportunities within existing clients.
- Lead and contribute to strategic account reviews and workforce planning sessions.
- Ensure the team can effectively demonstrate value, outcomes, and success stories to clients.
Value-Add & Strategic Leadership
- Champion initiatives across DEI, employer branding, and candidate experience, embedding these into team delivery.
- Ensure the team produces data-driven insights and reporting to demonstrate ROI and measurable impact.
- Represent Talent Solutions in senior internal and external forums.
- Contribute to wider business strategy and ensure alignment with organisational priorities.
