We're looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our expert team and play a key role in delivering high-level technical support, mentoring junior engineers, and helping shape the future of our service offerings. What You'll Do:
- Provide 3rd line support and resolve complex technical issues
- Manage escalated tickets and mentor Infrastructure Engineers
- Collaborate with the Service Desk Manager and technical consultants
What You'll Need:
- 3+ years in 3rd line support or 1+ year in a senior infrastructure role
- Very strong technical skills in several of the following with a focus on Microsoft technologies (365 and Azure):
