As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in leading a growing team, driving technical delivery, and ensuring high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective engineering solutions within a high-tech environment. The role is hybrid, with time split between home and site in the Bristol/Clevedon area.
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Strong background in product design and development
- Experience leading or coordinating engineering teams/projects
- Experience in regulated, compliance-driven environments
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and risk management
What you will be doing:
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Electrical Engineers
- Own system/subsystem design, including risk and compliance
