Support the Senior Director in leading end-to-end finance operations across the business. This role focuses on service delivery, transformation, client management, and building a high-performing finance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery across P2P, O2C, A2R, FP&A, and Master Data, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and controls are met.
- Drive standardisation, continuous improvement, automation, and digital finance initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support transitions, migrations, and onboarding of new clients and services.
- Act as senior client contact, managing relationships, escalations, performance reviews, and growth opportunities.
- Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, margins, billing, and reporting.
- Ensure strong risk, compliance, audit, and governance frameworks are in place.
- Lead, develop, and plan teams, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.
- Support strategic planning, providing insight on market trends, technology, and future operating models.
