We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CSM Developer. You will design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, develop Service Portal components, and integrate them with various systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customise ServiceNow Service Portal pages, widgets, and components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Extend portal functionality with ServiceNow APIs and integrations.
- Ensure responsive, user-friendly design and best practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate the portal with ServiceNow modules and external systems.
- Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and support end users.
- Contribute to best practices, innovation, and technical problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CIS)
- Experience in CSM, ITSM, RESTful APIs, and custom Service Portal themes.
