This is a permanent opportunity that includes a base salary of between £46,000 - £48,800 dependent upon experience and qualifications plus shift allowance, and a benefits package that befits the client’s global reputation.

Overview of the Maintenance Technician role:
  • Act as first response to breakdowns and controls to deliver minimal down time using safe working practices.
  • Carry out proactive maintenance checks, running checks and ensure completion to schedule.
  • Implement permanent corrective actions to reoccurring issues.
  • Carrying out weekend/shutdown work and deliver projects as per business requirements.
Key skills required for the Maintenance Technician role:
  • An apprenticeship to BTEC certificate Level 3 standard (or equivalent qualification) in either mechanical/electrical or maintenance engineering.
  • Previous Maintenance experience within a manufacturing/production/automated environment.
  • Full eligibility and right to work in the UK alongside a flexible attitude to shift work.
