We're working exclusively with an award-winning financial services organisation who are about to kick off a large transformation programme. As part of this, they're looking to hire 5 Business Analysts (Junior through to Senior level) on a permanent basis. The work will focus on improving and migrating legacy systems, alongside supporting change across a regulated environment. You'll be working with a range of teams to make sure requirements are understood and delivered in line with governance standards. The role is remote, with occasional travel to Liverpool. North West based candidates are preferred.
What we are looking for:
- Experience working as a Business Analyst in complex change environments
- Background in Financial Services, with a good understanding of regulation and governance
- Experience working across waterfall, agile, or hybrid methodologies
- Confident working with stakeholders and able to challenge where needed
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
