We are looking for an experienced ERP Test Manager to lead the end-to-end test strategy for a major Infor ERP implementation within a complex aerospace environment. You will be accountable for assuring solution quality, regulatory compliance, and business readiness across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and quality. Working closely with business stakeholders, system integrators, and third-party vendors, you will deliver a controlled, risk-based testing approach to support a safe and on-time ERP deployment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and owning the ERP test strategy and governance
- Planning and managing all test phases (SIT, end-to-end, data migration, UAT, cutover)
- Coordinating test delivery across internal teams and suppliers
- Managing defects, quality gates, and go/no-go decisions
- Providing clear test status, metrics, and risk reporting
