Location - London (Two / Three times a week on site)
We are working with a household name who are looking for several behavioural transformation coaches who can help enable teams and leaders to evolve before introducing structured delivery methodologies. The roles sit at the intersection of behavioural coaching, organisational change and early stage delivery maturity. The roles are on an initial contract basis paying £600-650 per day (total to an Umbrella company) with a minimum of 2-3 days per week required onsite in London.
Core Purpose of the Roles
- Support early stage transformation environments that are not yet Agile mature
- Drive behavioural and cultural change before process/methodology adoption
- Enable teams to function effectively without heavy central delivery roles
- Act as coaches to leadership, across delivery teams in behavioural change and new ways of working
Key Requirements
- Strong Behavioural / Coaching Background (critical)
- Proven experience in behavioural change, psychology or leadership coaching
- Ideally from a Psychology / HR / OD background or coaching first professionals who have moved into these areas
