A HR Advisor is wanted on a permanent basis by a global client of ours who is at the forefront of their industry and going through a real period of growth. This role reports into the Learning & Development Specialist and has a real focus on Early Careers and Learning & Development. You’ll assist with graduate and Early Careers programmes by helping to recruit, onboard, and nurture new talent for the organisation.

This is a permanent opportunity that includes a base salary of between £40,000 - £45,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications, plus bonus and benefits.

Overview of the HR Advisor (L&D and Early Careers) role:
  • Support Early Careers recruitment and programmes, including campaigns, assessment centres, onboarding, and cohort management.
  • Deliver and coordinate Learning & Development activity, including inductions, compliance training, and development programmes.
  • Support LMS and training administration, ensuring accurate records, reporting, and audit-ready compliance.
Key skills required for the HR Advisor (L&D and Early Careers) role:
  • End-to-end HR generalist experience with a clear passion for Early Careers and Learning & Development.
  • Experience in early careers programmes and recruitment, including attraction campaigns, onboarding, cohort management, and development reviews.
  • Strong L&D capability, including understanding of the learning cycle, blended learning approaches, and facilitation/group coaching skills.
