Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients; understand client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions; conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use a variety of sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking) to attract high-quality candidates; screen and interview candidates to assess suitability for roles; maintain and develop a strong candidate pipeline.
- Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from role briefing through to offer stage; coordinate interviews between clients and candidates; provide regular updates to all stakeholders throughout the process; stay informed on market trends, hiring activity, and industry developments; advise clients and candidates on market conditions, salary expectations, and career opportunities; contribute to team strategy and business development initiatives.
- Administrative Duties: Accurately record all activity within the CRM system; prepare reports and updates for internal stakeholders; ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

This role is the first step in your career at Sanderson. Many of our Associate Consultants progress to become top billers, senior leaders, or move into new markets and international opportunities across locations such as Australia, Hong Kong, India, and Singapore. Typically, within 6–12 months, you’ll be ready for promotion to Consultant, where you’ll specialise further, receive tailored development, and significantly increase your earning potential.
