Analytics Manager - Customer CRM Insights London (2 days onsite per month) | Primarily Remote Β£550-Β£600 per day (Umbrella) We're supporting a well-known retail business as they look to appoint an Analytics Manager to lead a high-performing customer analytics team and help drive data-led decision making across the organisation.
This role offers the opportunity to manage a team of analysts while partnering with marketing, CRM, e Commerce and commercial stakeholders to turn customer data into meaningful business outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing Lead and mentor a team of 4 analysts, supporting their development and delivery.
Drive the evolution of customer and CRM analytics capabilities across the business.
Provide insight and recommendations to improve customer engagement, retention and commercial performance.
Deliver deep-dive analysis and forecasting to support strategic business initiatives.
Work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, CRM, Digital and Commercial functions to solve business challenges through data.
Manage and prioritise an analytics roadmap, ensuring high-value projects are delivered effectively.
Develop reporting frameworks, analytical models and self-serve insight solutions.
