Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end-to-end features across modern React front ends and Node.js back ends

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' commercial experience in full-stack development with React as your primary front-end framework
- Deep knowledge of React (hooks, context, performance optimization) and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong Node.js back-end skills, including REST API design and authentication
- Proficiency with state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query)
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)
- Cloud deployment and containerization know-how (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure)
- SQL/NoSQL database experience (Postgres, MongoDB, Redis)
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills
