Job Title: Accounting & Reporting Integration Senior Manager

Office Locations: London, York, Norwich or Bristol

Day Rate: Up to £900 per day

Contract Length: Up to 12 Months (Inside IR35)

Our client is seeking an Accounting & Reporting Integration Senior Manager to lead their integration of accounting systems and processes after a recent acquisition. This is a high-impact role requiring expertise in financial reporting, system migration, and risk control frameworks. If you are a qualified accountant with strong leadership skills and experience in financial integration, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant contribution.

This role will need to operate through an Umbrella company and all employer, employee tax and NI will be deducted from the rate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the integration of accounting and reporting processes, ensuring seamless transitions while maintaining compliance and control.
  • Policy Admin system replumbing.
  • IFRS 17 processing.
  • Banking migration.
  • Maintain a robust risk and control environment.
  • Oversee Reporting deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting for IFRS 17 and Solvency UK.
  • Manage month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries while ensuring compliance within the company’s reporting standards.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Qualified accountant with significant post-qualification experience.
  • Proven ability to manage financial integration in a complex, changing environment.
  • Experience in reporting & statutory reporting processes.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
