Sanderson are partnered with a leading real estate provider who are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join their Data & Insight team for a six-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a major data transformation initiative, working with modern cloud platforms and supporting the delivery of high-impact analytics.

You'll play a key role in developing and optimising Tableau dashboards that drive commercial performance and strategic decision-making, working closely with stakeholders across the business to translate requirements into actionable insights and ensure data solutions are robust, accurate, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and enhance Tableau dashboards to support commercial and operational teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
  • Work alongside Data Engineers to ensure data pipelines and models meet business needs.
  • Contribute to a variety of analytics projects, providing ad-hoc support as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong, proven recent experience with Tableau
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Demonstrated ability to manage analytics projects from requirements gathering through to delivery and support.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
