We are hiring a Finance Manager to join a growing, fast paced agency in a newly created role supporting both financial performance and wider business operations. This is a hands on and commercially focused position where you will take ownership of financial reporting, controls and day to day finance activity, while partnering closely with leadership and delivery teams to provide clear and actionable insight. You will play a key role in ensuring the business runs with strong financial discipline, accurate reporting and clear visibility across revenue, margin and cashflow, helping drive better decision making and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own management accounts, reporting cycles and month end close
- Deliver forecasting, budgeting and analysis across revenue, margin and cashflow
- Manage day to day finance operations including invoicing, payroll, expenses and reconciliations
- Maintain strong financial controls, governance and compliance processes
- Monitor work in progress, billing and working capital to support cashflow and profitability
- Partner with delivery and leadership teams to provide commercial insight and improve performance
- Drive consistency, accuracy and continuous improvement across financial processes and systems
