We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator for our flagship regional office.
We are seeking a driven, polished individual with proven sales skills, a genuine passion for property, and the care, efficiency and professionalism required to deliver outstanding service to our clients across the region.
Ideally, although not exclusively, we are looking for someone who is able to work weekends, or most weekends, alongside one to three days during the week. This working pattern is comparable to New Homes and on-site sales roles within the housebuilding industry.
Our office opening hours are:
Weekdays 9.00am to 5.30pm
Saturdays 9.00am to 4.00pm
Sundays10.00am to 3.00pm
The role offers the ability to earn pro rata £35,000 per annum and more for an exceptional candidate committed to customer care and quality support.
