The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be at the heart of the business, managing a portfolio of high-quality residential properties and guiding clients seamlessly through the sales process. You’ll combine commercial awareness with impeccable presentation and a genuine passion for property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling enquiries and qualifying buyers with professionalism and confidence
  • Conducting property viewings and showcasing homes at their very best
  • Negotiating offers to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
  • Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and colleagues
  • Keeping accurate records and maintaining CRM systems
  • Representing the brand with integrity, discretion, and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in residential sales (preferred but not essential for the right person)
  • A natural communicator with a warm, confident manner
  • Highly organised, proactive, and commercially aware
  • Well presented with a professional approach
  • Target-driven with a strong work ethic
  • Full UK driving licence
