SW Architecture, RIBA chartered practice and part of Sanderson Weatherall, are currently recruiting for a part II architectural assistant to join our growing team. We will also consider applicants at a higher level.

Role Description: This is a full-time role for a part II Architectural Assistant, based in Newcastle Upon Tyne with some work from home flexibility. Although the job is a hybrid role it is expected that all applicants are based in Newcastle or the surrounding area. The Architectural Assistant will be responsible for creating drawings, developing architectural designs, preparing architectural drawings, and delivering presentations. The role involves collaborating with team members to ensure the successful execution of various architectural projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in Architecture and developing architectural designs
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent course
- Proficiency in relevant architectural software and tools
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
