We're looking for a UAT / Test Analyst to support delivery on a complex digital programme. The role focuses on functional and user acceptance testing, with an emphasis on automation where appropriate. You'll work closely with delivery teams and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet agreed acceptance criteria and are ready for release.

Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate UAT activities in line with delivery milestones
- Define test scenarios, acceptance criteria and UAT test plans
- Execute functional, user and business acceptance testing
- Design and run test cases, including repeatable and automated scenarios
- Log, track and retest defects in collaboration with developers
- Support business users and stakeholders through the UAT process
- Provide clear reporting on test progress, outcomes, risks and readiness
- Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement practices
Required skills and experience
- Experience delivering UAT or functional testing on digital or technology programmes
- Strong ability to design and execute effective test cases and scenarios
- Experience working in agile or iterative delivery environments
- Familiarity with defect management and test reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Clear communicator, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience with test automation tools or frameworks
- Exposure to API or integration testing
- Experience working on large, multi-team programmes
- Understanding of release and deployment cycles
