This is a junior position within the Business Readiness/Change team, supporting the wider function to prepare operations for upcoming changes. You will help ensure teams understand what is coming, service levels are maintained, and new processes or systems land smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Readiness Manager with operational engagement across multiple business areas.
- Help ensure project deliverables meet stakeholder and operational needs.
- Assist with communications, training coordination, and readiness documentation.
- Act as the voice of colleagues and customers to ensure changes land correctly.
- Support deployment of new systems/processes and check they are fit for purpose.
About You
Essential:
- Project management experience (priority) or BA background.
- Comfortable working across different operational areas.
- Able to manage workload, communicate clearly, and support change activity.
Desirable:
- Exposure to change management.
- APM or PRINCE2 certification.
- Knowledge of LPI products (not essential).
