Job Role: Staff Engineer (Informatica / MDM)
Working Model: Full-Time – Remote (with occasional quarterly workshops / events)
Salary: Up to £84,000 + Excellent Benefits
Are you a senior engineer who thrives on leading technical strategy, driving engineering excellence, and mentoring others?
Do you enjoy shaping platforms at scale while staying hands-on with modern technologies?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major organisation for some wit experience around MDM Hub Console, IDD (Informatica Data Director). You\’ll play a key delivery-focused role, supporting multiple squads and working alongside Principal Engineers and senior stakeholders to deliver complex, high-impact initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Senior / Staff Engineer within web and mobile application development
- Strong expertise in React and NestJS (frontend-weighted, 60% web / 40% backend)
- Angular experience
- Information Customer 360 experience
- Experience designing and delivering micro frontend architectures with module federation
- Deep knowledge of CI / CD, automation, and testing frameworks across unit, integration, E2E, and non-functional testing
- Cloud-native expertise, ideally GCP or Azure (open to AWS)
