Sanderson Recruitment is seeking an experienced Service Design Workstream Lead for a major transformation programme in London. This six-month contract offers hybrid working (1–2 days on-site per week) with a rate up to £600 inside IR35 via umbrella.
You will lead the service design workstream, drive As-Is and To-Be design, build and mentor a team of service designers and analysts, and forge strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure outcomes align with delivery goals.
