We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Service Designer to join a high-profile government programme delivering digital transformation at scale. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, user-centred services within a fast-paced environment, applying GDS (Government Digital Service) standards and principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end service design across complex digital services
- Map and improve user journeys, ensuring services meet user needs
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including product, research, and delivery
- Apply GDS standards, playbooks, and service assessments
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Produce service blueprints, artefacts, and design documentation
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Service Designer within government or public sector
