You will be responsible for finalising technology selection from shortlisted supplier demos, creation of the full programme proposal, cost and resource planning, execution and post-implementation support. You will help drive a programme team made up of business sme\’s, internal technology teams and third party suppliers. Key strengths we are looking for: A strong appreciation of data and how to improve value driven from data held as part of the implementation. Previous experience in the delivery of a full, end-to-end implementation of an enterprise scale erp system is essential . A background of working in an environment with a field-based workforce would be highly beneficial. Strong change management skills- able to bring non-technical business users on the journey. Proven experience of integrations with other business systems and middle-ware technologies. Strong 3rd party management, able to hold suppliers to account. Strong stakeholder experience, comfortable operating at MD and FD level.
