We are looking for an experienced Senior PowerApps Developer / Support professional to play a key role in designing, developing and delivering advanced business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. This is a hands-on role focused on technical leadership, solution design and guiding digital transformation across the organisation.
You will architect and build complex PowerApps solutions, both Canvas and Model-Driven, ensuring they meet enterprise-level standards for performance, security and scalability. A key part of the role will be owning the design of Power Automate workflows, integrating applications with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, Dynamics 365 and external APIs.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into strategic, high-impact solutions. You will also lead best practice, provide mentorship to junior developers and help shape governance and documentation standards across the Power Platform environment. Staying up to date with new Microsoft capabilities and future platform developments is essential.
Required experience includes:
- 5+ years in PowerApps development
- Strong capability in Power Automate and Dataverse
- Advanced understanding of data modelling, connectors and API integrations
- Proficient in Power Fx
- Comfortable working with Azure services
- Experienced in enterprise deployments
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred background includes:
- PL-400 or PL-600 certification
- Familiarity with CI/CD for Power Platform
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML or CSS
- Broader Power Platform governance and security considerations
