About the Role
As a Senior Pensions Administrator / Analyst, you will: Manage complex DB pension scheme administration tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members. Liaise with trustees, scheme members, and third-party providers to ensure smooth operations. Handle benefit calculations, scheme events (retirements, transfers, deaths), and data audits. Contribute to process improvements and compliance with regulatory requirements.
What We\’re Looking For
Strong experience in DB pensions administration (ideally in a senior or technical role). Excellent knowledge of UK pensions legislation and scheme governance. High attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in pensions administration systems and MS Excel.
