Sanderson is currently working with a leading retail brand to identify someone to lead the creative direction for multi-brand, multi-market content across interiors and exteriors. You'll set the visual bar, shape production and work closely with digital/design agencies - owning briefs, style direction and final sign-off. Strong, hands-on CGI experience is essential; familiarity with automation and GenAI is a plus.
What you'll do
- Provide end-to-end creative direction and art direction.
- Build robust briefs, guide agencies and sign off content to brand standards.
- Oversee production (in-camera, CGI, automation/GenAI) with rigorous QA.
- Drive consistency, speed and efficiency across brands and markets.
- Mentor teams and champion modern production tools and workflows.
