Need to have worked on Major Programmes of Work for Technology Transformation - Shaping and Owning Delivery Drive Meaningful Change across a Unique and Complicated IT Estate in a fast moving setting.
Run Agile Ceremonies; manage team velocities, ensure all technical discovery, documentation and delivery is on track and address hurdles to maintain programme momentum.
Work closely with Developers and Testers.
Must have proven background as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead in complex environment.
Ability to manage and motivate cross functional teams.
6 months.
