HR Workstream Lead – Oracle Fusion Implementation – Swindon HR Workstream Lead – Oracle Fusion Implementation – Swindon 6 Month Initial Contract Hybrid Working Model – 2 days a week on site – Swindon £450-£500/day (Inside IR35 – Umbrella only) One of our Well established clients are looking for a HR Workstream Lead to join a major programme of work. This role will specifically be working on the HR workstream, implementing Oracle Fusion HCM, to facilitate business change, solving issues and queries, facilitating workshops and training within HR functional areas, providing knowledge transfer. You will be working with HR and programme colleagues across the organisation to develop best practice HR procedures and support HR process adoption. Candidates will need the following experience to be considered for the position: Strong HR experience in a Project Manager or Workstream Lead capacity Previous experience of HR system implementation Oracle Fusion HCM knowledge and experience Previous workshops facilitation/training experience for user adoption. Excellent communication skills in both a written and verbal capacity.
