Recruitment Application Assessor - Contract Our government client has an URGENT requirement for a number of Interviewers / Assessors to join their recruitment team on a contract basis.
This role requires UK Security Clearance (SC Clearance) and successful candidates will be invited to commence the screening process immediately after offer.
You will be aligned to a UK wide Recruitment Campaign as an Interviewer / Assessor, where you will provide remote support to the hiring process for a large public sector programme.
Day to day this involves; Delivery of online interviews, role plays, and structured assessments Scoring candidates against clear competency criteria Ensuring a fair and professional virtual assessment experience for all participants.
Experience Required Proven experience in Candidate Assessment (In house teams, Recruitment Agency or Talent Acquisition) Leading / Running virtual sessions Excellent Decision making
