Location: Hybrid - Poole (2 days/month) / Remote

Salary: £60,000

About the Role

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for integration architecture, shaping technical standards, processes, and quality across projects
  • Act as the link between enterprise architects, integration developers, and business stakeholders, ensuring integration solutions are fit for purpose. Initially focused on Workday, then ERP delivery
  • Support efficiency, scalability, and innovation across the charity's most critical systems

Must-Have Experience

  • Expertise with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, SnapLogic, Azure Integration Services, or similar)
  • Ability to design and document integration solutions using modern APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), including lifecycle, versioning, monitoring, and security
  • Familiarity with the Azure ecosystem: Service Bus, API Management, Event Hub
  • Strong understanding of event-driven and messaging architecture
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Workday (HCM), Dynamics 365, or other Microsoft ERP platforms
  • Background in regulated or not-for-profit environments
