Polish Speaking Business Analyst London. Hybrid working. 3 days per week on site. Contract We're looking for a Polish Speaking Business Analyst to join a major data transformation programme within a well known organisation. This role will focus on discovery, requirements gathering and process analysis, working closely with stakeholders in both the UK and Poland. You'll play a key role in understanding current ways of working, identifying gaps and helping shape future solutions. Key responsibilities Lead discovery and business analysis activities. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews. Gather, document and validate business requirements. Create user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria. Work closely with Product Owners and delivery teams. Analyse data related processes and workflows. Support backlog refinement and prioritisation. Collaborate with fellow Business Analysts across the programme. What we're looking for Fluent Polish and English language skills. Proven Business Analysis experience within Agile environments.
