We're looking for a PMO Administrator / Project Support professional to join a major business transformation programme extending into 2027. Working closely with the Portfolio Lead and Programme Director, you'll provide administrative and coordination support across a large-scale change programme, including diary management, meeting coordination, minute taking, action tracking and general PMO support.
Key Requirements:
- 1-3 years' experience in PMO, Project Support, EA, PA or Administration roles
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident working with senior stakeholders
- Proactive attitude and willing to get stuck in
- Financial Services experience will be a huge bonus
