We're supporting a major organisation undergoing a large-scale Identity & Access Management transformation and are looking for an experienced IAM Architect to play a key role across the programme. This is a high-impact position where you'll help shape the end-to-end IAM strategy, from architecture and tool selection through to implementation and migration.
The Role:
- You'll be responsible for defining and guiding the IAM architecture across a complex enterprise landscape, working closely with security, engineering and business stakeholders to deliver a modern, scalable identity platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the design and definition of IAM architecture
- Supporting tool evaluation and vendor selection
- Driving implementation and migration strategy
- Ensuring alignment with security, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Engaging with both technical teams and senior stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as an IAM Architect within Financial Services or other highly regulated environments
- Strong track record delivering IAM implementations and transformation programmes
- Broad knowledge across the IAM domain, including authentication, authorisation, governance and lifecycle management
- Experience working across multiple IAM / IGA platforms
- Ability to influence stakeholders and operate at both strategic and technical levels
Relevant Technology Experience:
- SailPoint / Saviynt or similar IGA platforms
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) or similar IAM platforms
