Sanderson is looking for an experienced IT Service Desk & Workplace Team Lead to join our IT team. If you're technically strong, people-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role could be ideal for you.
The Opportunity
- Lead the day-to-day running of the IT Service Desk
- Deliver high-quality end-user support across the business
- Manage and develop service desk staff
- Support IT projects and contribute to process improvements
- Ensure systems and services meet security and compliance standards
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to understand and deliver requirements
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing incident resolution and service requests
- Overseeing device builds, troubleshooting, repairs, and lifecycle management
- Maintaining IT systems, documentation, and audit requirements
- Liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring adherence to Information Security standards
- Supporting wider business needs based on team priorities
Who You Are
- 2+ years' experience leading an IT team
- 5+ years' hands-on technical experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, Intune, and device builds
- ITIL qualified; Azure/Workplace certifications desirable
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and confident decision-making
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
Salary & Working Pattern
- Competitive salary
- Hybrid working: 60% Bristol office, 40% from home
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
