I'm currently partnering with a leading organisation seeking a hands-on Genesys Cloud Engineer to design, deliver and support modern contact centre solutions.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record designing and building Genesys Cloud Architect flows across voice, email and messaging channels
- Experience developing APIs and integrating third-party tools and services
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and web services
- Knowledge of IP telephony, Genesys Cloud Edge devices and SIP trunking
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including analysing SIP traces
- Basic understanding of Terraform and Genesys CX as Code
- Experience with omnichannel contact centre solutions
- Knowledge of AI and automation capabilities within Genesys Cloud
- Experience integrating Genesys Cloud with third-party systems
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure and security best practices
